Rotate blind 90 degree?

I hold read the answers saying ctrl+alt+arrow switch (left, right, up, down, pg up, pg dn). These tips do not work on my Toshiba T2400. I have XP from 2002 service pack 2. When i tried to fix it it rotated 180 degree. Now the screen is 90 degress towards departed

u must enjoy certain buttons on ur side..a moment ago keep clicking until it get to ur orginal position..i dont know abt the exact key...wen i will know i will absolutely let u know
If you enjoy NVidia graphics card then, access the control panel from right click on the desktop > properties > Settings >advanced

( Same go for Integrated graphics from intel)

If you use ATi then right click on the desktop and select ATI CATALYST CONTROL CENTER.
