This may give the impression of being dumb but somehow ive moved my start deity from the bottom of my computer peak to the top?

how can i get hold of it back down ive tried dragging it it wont move

Right click on the dowel, make sure that 'Lock the taskbar' is NOT checked. Then, you should know how to drag it back to the bottom
Drag it put money on
its ok click on it and drag it to the bottom to place it back to where on earth it was.

next right click on the taskbar and select lock the taskbar
You see, its all roughly control. I recommend pointing at the start bar and demeaning it until its drought of self-confidence causes it to turn emo and drop back to the bottom of the blind.
1. Right click a blank portion of the taskbar and make sure the Lock the Taskbar command is unchecked.

2. Put your cursor on a blank portion of the taskbar, not here click and hold the click. Move the cursor towards the bottom of your screen.

3. At first, merely the cursor will move. The taskbar seems to be glue in place. But when you return with about 3/4 of the instrument towards the bottom of the screen, the taskbar will suddenly snap into place.

4. When the taskbar is at the bottom, right click a blank portion and put a check fleck next to Lock the Taskbar.
