My computer monitor acting odd?

when i turn on my computer the monitor dose several things, it gose black turns support on and then gose black again or never turns rear legs no it stays back, other the item is that the screen splits contained by half and is realy small it shows matching ting in both sides, end it restars by it self. i tried a virus scan noting shows up i tryed swiching the motitors same ting happen i put the monitor that was giving me problems to another computer it works only fine help please



also when i scrutinize videos online or that i download it cuts resembling when a dvd is dirty it also slowdown the video or the audio cant take it anny more some one help out me
