My notebook have two expansion slots & 1 tiny slot no space for vga card , can i use two monitors on it?

I'm assuming that you own a later model PC/motherboard which requires PCI-express instead of the elder standard AGP. If that is the armour, then yes, you can by a graphics card that supports 2 monitors.
You can buy a usb device that will distribute you a second monitor..
