Answer:

You entail to reinstall your video drivers. You should have a disc that came next to your computer with the video drivers on it, or you can travel to this URL:

http://support.dell.com/support/download...

Search for your model number (or enter your service tag) and download the drivers there.
Right click your desk top, afterwards click properties. then on the top tab click setting, from there you should see something that say color qualities, later pick which one you want.

Hope that helps.
Only one piece is involved in this, and its your video card. You necessitate to install video driver from its motherboard CD that come along with the pack. After installation it will work fine.

If you dont enjoy the motherboard CD afterwards you need to download the drivers from the DELL website which are evidently free of cost. So you can get drivers uptodate.

Hope this will solve the problem.

following
Go to your start button ---> Then Windows Updates. Have the updates automatically check your computer for any missing or corrupted files. If the update fails to fix this problem afterwards download and install MS Windows DirectX (be sure to get the magazine that is compatible beside your operating system)

That should fix your problem, if not reload your video software that you get from the computer when you bought it.

Hope this helps!
