I tried to find a bios update after doing some research for our P4M800pro motherboard. I am have a devil of a time. Can anyone tell me exactly what I stipulation to do for the graphics to not be distorted, and what I need to update or even where on earth to go?

it would also assist a lot if u get a graphics card. im gonna guess ur just running past its sell-by date the built in graphics. a graphics will offer u better computer performance and it will look much better
Right click on desktop > Properties > settings > slide peak resolution tab to the right resolution that is aboriginal to your new monitor.
