Why does my Dell computer monitor (not flatscreen) enjoy a pink/purple coloration very soon within the lower corner?

I took the monitor sour the desk this morning, cleaned and dusted it, put it back, and very soon there is a pinkish/purplish tint ineradicably (?) in the lower right corner of the eyeshade. What happened? How do I fix it???

Answer:

Assuming that you did not spray cleaner into the monitor, within are a couple of possibilities. When you put it back, you may enjoy jarred it, which can cause the guns that produce the color dummy to become misaligned. Unfortunately, I don't know a fix for this short of the repair shop.

But you can also try to degauss the monitor (most support this). Next time you turn it on, hold down the power button for about three second (instead of just releasing it). If your monitor supports this, you will hear a buzzing nouns and the screen will look unnatural for a few seconds, but afterwards go final to normal. If the pink is gone, later you're good!
because you cant get hold of chemicals on moniters and theres no fix.
Buy a new computer! Dell Sucks.
that happen to mine when it got hit by lightning.. but it sounds close to you got cleaner contained by yours. if your lucky it will disappear on its own as the cleaner dries.. if not, youre stuck
Sounds close to it needs to be degaussed.
