Why can't I rate answers??? My mouse will voice...Rate answer but it will not consent to me, am I missing something?

you enjoy to be at least smooth two for rating privillages i think you will find.
You requirement to be at a certain stratum in RunQA.com until that time you can rate other peoples' answers.
