What does out of compass penny-pinching? triing to connect PC to TV?

I enjoy an LCD TV and im triing to connect my PC to it but when i do it says out of scope. I think this funds my tv cannot handle the graphics card. Am i right?



Is near a way i can fix this, or seize around it?



PS the tv has a VGA socket on it, so it practically is a monitor.

Check TV instruction book for resolution and scan rates it can work with, connect an antiquated monitor, and set the settings to one the TV can use, power down, replace monitor, power on again, enjoy
