Answer:

Try booting up in not dangerous mode, then doing a full virus scan/removal. Also, you might want to get hold of rid of some of those un-used/un-needed shortcuts, and startup programs/services. Also, do what the guy after me suggested (but do it first). I recommend dusting your computer out on a regular basis, and I recommend that to everyone reading this. I've in reality dusted out computers that wouldn't boot up, at all, and after doing so, they worked.

Also, you didn't mention whether, or not, you have just installed any programs, or drivers... If you did, afterwards do what Basscleff suggested (before anything).
Have you tried cleaning out your computer? Dust in unpromising places might cause it to overheat or a short time ago not complete a good circut which would surrounded by turn mess it up.
Might need defragmented.
video drivers, or something you lately installed is causing a problem

boot safe and sound mode uninstall the most recent programs, or try a system restore.

uninstall video card drivers if you changed them recently.
because its a PC, buy a Mac!
