Where is my destop icon?

Answer:

Sometime that be happened to me too. Maybe something disconnect at the put money on of your computer. Maybe pull everything else and plug them rear in-one by one.
That's where are my desktop icon & I don't know what you did with them.
due to some problem explorer.exe have failed to launch or it might own ended

unscrew task planner using (ctrl+alt+del)

go to appplications tab

click unknown task at the bottom of the glass

you can see a box asking for the task label or the process name

type explorer.exe and hit enter
There are a couple of things to try... first, right click on the start lump (not on the button, on the bar) on a blank area. This will bring up a menu. Look for one that say properties and click on it. Another box will open. At the top, click on the tab that say start menu. Down at the bottom, put the dot on Classic Start Menu. That should bring your icons pay for.



If that doesn't work, right click on the start bar and choose Show the desktop..
