your best bet will be to go on ebay and survey for it, if it is a power adapter. But if its just a simple power cord after you can go to your nearest computer repair shop ( TARGET, STAPLE) and ask for a power cord.

Try searching www.craigslist.org or www.freecycle.org. Both of these sites propose free STUFF to those willing to reimburse for the shipping or picking it up.
head over to your nearest staples..they are around $12.00. it's more later likely a standard computer power cord, or if you hold an old crt monitor, use that one.
