I don't know. But i do know the cheapest LCD monitor down on ConsumerReports website is the Samsung 740BX. It also happens to be a 'CR Best Buy'. However, its average retail price is $225.
I would try a clad Pawn shop in your nouns, people are other unloading all kind of stuff there. Make sure it isn't a run down place that will adopt any piece of trash though.
